Some basic troubleshooting tips are using the refresh button, or in Internet Explorer
specifically, holding down the ctrl key and pressing the F5 key will re-download
the page and clear up any discrepanices.
If you are having trouble updating quantities in the shopping cart, make sure you
press the 'Update Quantity' button to submit the changes appropriately.
